Who We Are
HSN UK Properties converts existing houses into compliant, high-quality HMOs. Our focus is meeting the growing demand from supported living providers, while also serving professionals and private tenants. We manage everything in-house—from sourcing and finance to planning, renovation and leasing—to ensure projects run smoothly and meet our standards.
Our Track Record
Since 2018, we have completed six projects, creating 36 new bed spaces. Our refurbishments typically double property value and are delivered in about three months.

Our Broader Experience
Before focusing on HMOs, we undertook full refurbishments that transformed neglected houses into desirable homes. These legacy projects showcase our ability to add value and revitalise properties, and they demonstrate the expertise we now bring to our HMO conversions.
